We are engaged in the pursuit of excellence, in all aspects of learning for the whole child. Mind, body and spirit. The pupils participate in a wide range of sports which helps them to develop self confidence as well as team spirit. Children starting at Dale House are placed into one of the four House Groups. Inter-house activities include sports, singing, art and music competitions as well as quizzes and raising money for charities such as the Breast Cancer Campaign.

The lunches and snacks, prepared and cooked on the premises, are nutritionally balanced and popular. All pupils stay for lunch, where special diets can be catered for, and it is a pleasant social occasion where they learn the good manners that accompany social eating. All children in lower school are offered milk or pure fruit juice, sliced fruit, breadsticks and biscuits during morning break. In the Junior School the pupils run their own ‘healthy’ tuck shop.
